My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old grandson over Easter, taking advantage of the 2 night B&B with tickets to Emerald Park and Dublin Zoo included. From the moment we checked in we knew we were going to have a lovely stay. The staff were super friendly and polite, the room was comfortable and perfect for us, with everything needed and choice at breakfast was great. We would 100% recommend the Citynorth Hotel and will stay again. Great value for money.

Myself an my husband had a 1 night b&b with 3 course meal . The staff were excellent and the food was really good . The menu was good variety and thr service was also great. The room was lovely clean and spacious but there was a noise from the AC area so we didn’t sleep well . The hotel was full to capacity that night so we couldn’t change rooms . Before we left the next morning we gave feed back to reception and spoke to a manager on duty which in turn he passed on the information to his manager and we where contacted and compensated for this which we where very pleased with This wouldn’t stop me staying here again as we enjoyed the food and staff where so accommodating

We visited for a concert at the hotel and we stayed for 2 nights. Such a nice hotel to stay at and the food was really good too for breakfast. Also the staff was really helpful when I had a problem with my room card, they sorted it straight away and there was no problem with it after that. The room was spacious and really comfy beds, we had such a great sleep both nights we stayed. It was very peaceful at night time too in the area so it made it easier to sleep. The venue for the concert was also really spacious and we had a great time there too.

Fabulous first time attending a conference alone. From my arrival to my departure, everything was smoothly set up. The breakfast was lovely, maybe the music could be a little loude in volume. The room was spotless & plenty of towels/toiletries etc.

Our room was on the 6th floor and had a lovely view, comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were good. All staff in every department were friendly and helpful. We stayed for the Drifters concert and it was brilliantly organised Our only down point was the room was cold on arrival. It did warm up later on.

We stayed for one night,hotel location was convenient just off the motorway.Room was clean,bathroom was clean,staff where very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was ok,dinner was okay also.I have no complaints . Prices where very affordable for a city hotel.Airport was also nearby.

It was our 1st time staying at CityNorth and we had a really comfortable stay. The hotel was spotless and our room was lovely. Very friendly, helpful staff from check in to check out. We hope to be back another time

Beautiful comfortable hotel but the management and staff made our stay the best experience we travelled with young kids who were attending a dance competition and staff went above and beyond for them set up a movie room and provided the kids with popcorn made us feel so welcome thanks a million for such a great time

Booked this hotel as I had an early flight from Dublin airport. What a good choice. Very impressed the moment I walked in. All staff Very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to an executive room which was massive and spotless. Had a three course meal which was really nice and great value. I checked out very early and unfortunately was unable to have breakfast but the person on the front desk kindly offered to make me tea.I look forward to a return visit even if it's not for an early flight.

Staff.. excellent. Brought my Daughter to Ma Mia she has down Syndrome and the staff were amazing with her. She had a fantastic time. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and lots of choice. Looking forward to doing another show and staying the night. Many thanks for making my daughters night feel very special and creating a beautiful memory for us .

We recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was outstanding – every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. What really stood out to me was how family-friendly the hotel is. It’s perfect for children, with a great playground and plenty of space for them to enjoy themselves. It made our stay so much more relaxed knowing the kids were entertained and happy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. I can’t wait to return! ---

From the moment we arrived and saw how friendly and helpful the staff were, we knew it would be a good stay. The room was spotlessly clean, the food in the restaurant was brilliant, our four year old loved the cinema club and overall we enjoyed staying here so much that we extended our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so accommodating. We dealt with Stephanie at reception and she was absolutely amazing. She facilitated a room change for us as one of our party had mobility issues and could not use the lift. I cannot thank her enough for how she looked after us. The rooms were amazing. We had a suite and a deluxe room and both were fabulous, spacious and spotless. The staff in the breakfast room were so pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back.
