At CityNorth Hotel we love families and that is why we have appointed Lauren Cole as our family concierge. We want you to to feel comfortable during your stay. Families can email in advance of their visit to make special arrangements for their arrival. Here are some of the items Lauren can help you with:

Do you need a high chair or cot? We can place these in your room or have the high chair ready at your dinner table

Can you arrange a birthday cake for my child? Of course, and let us know what style and flavour and if your child has any allergies.

Could you help us book a family size taxi to Dublin Airport? Yes no problem, let us know the date, time and number of passengers.

Our child is neurodiverse. Could you arrange a quiet space for dining? No problem, we have special quieter area away from the noise.
