Just a quick message from both myself and Donna to thank both yourself and your staff for such a fantastic job on Saturday.
We really had a great day, and were delighted with every aspect of the service provided by the hotel. We are very grateful for the effort you all put in, in changing the room around at short notice. All our quests commented on the high standard of food and service and we were delighted. Every member of staff made us feel very special and could not do enough for us. A special big thankyou to Barbara for making sure things ran so smoothly.
Even the night bar staff were very patient, particularly with one or two guests who may have enjoyed one too many drinks, and that attitude was evident throughout the day. Everyone who attended had a great time, and again, we cannot thankyou enough. It is no wonder the hotel has such a great reputation for weddings and we could not sing your praises highly enough. We had the most wonderful day at our wedding.  From the moment we stepped out of the car and had our photo taken for our menu right up until we checked out on Saturday I couldn’t fault one thing with the hotel or the staff.
 People couldn’t do enough for us and it made the whole day so much more enjoyable.  The food was divine and the food for the evening time was  absolutely delicious!  I’ve never tasted nicer evening food!
 In particular, the idea with our photo on the menu was fantastic!  Everyone was very impressed with that.  If you happen to have  a copy of that I’d love to have one as a keepsake! Thank you for all you did on the run up to the wedding and for making our day turn out to be so special.

Myself & Nigel had our wedding in the hotel on 10th sept. We would both like to say thank you all so much for such a wonderful day! Everything went so smoothly, the staff on the day were so effiecient, food served promptly with excellent presentation! We got so many compliments about the food, alot of our guests had seconds! So huge compliments to your chef!We would have no hesitationon recommending the Citynorth hotel to anybody. We had such an amazing & memorable day! You promised us we would not have to worry about a thing on today, that everything would go according to plan & and you sure kept your promise! So again thank you all for making our special day perfect!

Hello Marianne, We had a fabulous day, thank you. Everybody had a great day, from the ceremony, the reception, the dancing afterwards and the BBQ the next day. We made a great choice in picking The City North as our Wedding Venue. A lot of the guests commented on how nice the hotel, how good the food and how great the service was.

Hi there,  i just wanted to thank you and all the team there in the city north hotel.   We had the most magical day there with you for our wedding on the 22nd October. Everything was perfect and the day went so smoothly,  i honestly could not have asked for anything more or better.   your service was just 100% perfect. So again thankyou all very very much,  and i will be recommending you to everyone.

Your hotel is a hidden gem and you have a super team.  From our first meeting with Sabrina, through to Raj, nothing was too much trouble or a problem.  The word "no" does not seem to exist with them!
The food/service/bar were all five star and every one of our guests, without exception, confirmed this. Please say a sincere thank you to everybody involved.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, the hospitality of Rajat and his staff was flawless. We felt totally at ease and very special.

The banqueting suite glowed and the tables were beautifully decorated. Ours was a wonderful, cosy atmosphere in which everyone could relax. Great comments afterwards from all our guests. Thank you.
