The Bellewstown race committee are delighted to announce that international Supermodel Caprice will be judging the “Most Appropriately Dressed Lady” competition on Thursday 27th of August evening meeting. The Bellewstown racing festival takes place on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th August, both days are evening meetings.

This years €5,000 prize is sponsored by Co Meath’s premier 4-star CityNorth Hotel in association with GOSH cosmetics and Waxelle beauty clinic Balbriggan who have also recently opened Rococo’s hair salon. CityNorth hotel are giving four 5-star hotel breaks (i.e. a 5 star hotel break for every season!) for 2 people, based in Ireland with €1k spending money and also a €1k voucher for both Waxelle and GOSH cosmetics. All 15 fashion finalists picked from the glamorous crowd by Caprice will receive a goody bag including a bottle of Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Rosé, along with the cash prize Jacobs Creek will be presenting the winner with a limited edition head piece by Irish milliner Ronnie Ryan.
Alan Delany, Committee Member said: "We are delighted that Gosh cosmetics were able to use their international contacts to secure Caprice for our ladies day we expect her to be a big attraction for the crowds on the evening. The committee are delighted to be working with this years sponsors and we’re looking forward to seeing all the style on the day”.

The Chairman of Bellewstown, Jim Corcoran who has greeted many celebrities at Bellewstown, is very much looking forwarded to meeting Caprice saying “Caprice, whose reputation for style and fashion goes far beyond the catwalk is, Bellewstown is no stranger to celebrity and we will give her a warm welcome like we will all our racegoers, and we look forward to showing her Crockafatha on our big race day!”
