Located just 15 minutes drive from CityNorth Hotel, this is a wonderful area for families to enjoy the open air with 194 acres of rolling pastureland, mixed woodland and gardens, overlooking the Irish Sea.

The Castle, itself was built in 1738 has now been restored, the ground floor rooms and kitchens are open to visitors for guided tours (fee applies) which are run throughout the Summer. 

Five miles of footpaths are available throughout the demesne, some made by opening old avenues, while others were newly constructed. They now provide a system of varied and interesting woodland walks, and vantage points from which to enjoy views of the Irish Sea and coastline

Facilities include Tea-rooms located off the main reception area, serving light home baked snacks.  There is a lovely picnic area, rose gardens, Victorian conservatory and a walled kitchen garden.
